What is great about this palette is that there are 12 new shades out of 15 that are exclusive to this palette, so this won’t be a repeat of what you have already owned from Urban Decay.
Demi Moore is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters: Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. The girls seem to have already chosen their career paths: Rumer has made her Broadway debut, Scout and Tallulah are making their first steps in acting and singing, and Scout even launched her very own fashion line. Though the girls are also known for their controversial appearances in public, their famous parents, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, support them no matter what.

"I just try to eat healthy throughout the year," revealed model and VS veteran Alessandra Ambrosio. "I love fresh food, fish, meat, and I'll have a piece of cupcake, some pizza, sometimes I go for burgers." But, needless to say her diet changes pretty drastically about a month before the show. "I start pacing myself and start eating really healthy and eat a lot of protein to have the strength to workout, and greens and veggies. So in the end I cut out all the carbs—most of the carbs and the sugar. I always eat a piece of toast in the morning."
Alessandra Ambrosio is walking in her 16th show this year, and is clearly a pro at getting prepared for the big day. "I do a lot of yoga through the year but a friend of mine told me to try Tracy Anderson and I went to the studio and I fell in love with it because it's all about music," she revealed. "I love music and it was all about dancing and I felt like a teenager dancing ... it brings me back to my clubbing days and you get to listen to music and sweat and be healthy." While the workout may sound fun, Ambrosio told us not to underestimate its intensity: "Its so hard, its on another level. It’s definitely the hardest workout I’ve ever done in my life."

There’s also a slew of new tech-y beauty toys that do a million amazing things for your skin (and state of mind), so you may want to add those to your cart.
Watch the video above to learn how to secure a behind like Kardashian’s. The Bulgarian Split Squat may sound like something reserved solely for military officials with a high ranking, but as InStyle’s Kim Peiffer recently learned, the tried and true workout move is the reason Khloé Kardashian maintains her rock-hard booty. In the video above, Peiffer heads to L.A. to join celebrity fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson, Khloé’s go-to, inside the space where Kardashian-Jenner #fitspo dreams are made of. Together, the duo breaks down the step-by-step process to achieving a sculpted derrière cheek to cheek. Peterson’s suggested number of reps for max results? “Anywhere between 8 and 15, per side,” he tells Peiffer, moving on to zero-in on how many sets you should do per week.
